Payment & Shipping
We aim to fulfill all online orders within 2-4 business days of the order being placed. Orders with payment made via bank transfer, will be processed as soon as payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping notification and tracking information, which will allow you to track your package. Orders are shipped with the following partners:
- Standard Shipping (Zipmail - Jamaica Post) generally arrives to your nearest post office within 1-2 business days
- Standard Plus Shipping (Zipmail - Jamaica Post), generally arrives at your specified address within 1-2 business days
- Premium Shipping (TARA Couriers) generally arrives at your specified address within 1-2 business days
All orders are subject to the providers delivery timelines. The expected delivery times set are estimates only.
Order tracking details are provided once your order is shipped, the onus is on the customer to contact the shipping provider with any queries related to their delivery times and or delays. ROSES & CHARCOAL cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of items while in transit.
We will not replace goods if the incorrect delivery address has been provided at checkout. Once an order is shipped and is with the Courier/Jamaica Post, we are unable to change the delivery address on that package. The onus is on the customer to contact the shipping partner and arrange re-direction of their package.

Due to the personal nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be 100% content with your purchase. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us and we will try to remedy the situation as best we can.
It is important for you to be aware of your skin's sensitivities before using any of our products. All our ingredients are listed in each product's description. Though we only use safe levels of essential oils, please proceed with caution if you are concerned about your skin's reaction. Those who are pregnant or nursing should consult their physician before using any product containing essential oils. ROSES & CHARCOAL products and the information on these pages are not intended to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any medical condition and are not a substitute for the medical advice of a trained physician.
Our products are freshly made in small batches and are meant to be used up within 12 months.
