Where are your products made?
Our products are handcrafted in small batches in St. Andrew, Jamaica.
Are your products safe for pregnant and nursing mothers?
While our products include safe levels of essential oils, we always recommend that you check with your doctor to find out if it is safe for you to use.
What payment methods do you use?
We accept credit/debit card payments and payments via Bank Transfer/Direct Deposit.
Where do you ship to?
We ship all across Jamaica. We do not yet ship internationally.
When will my order arrive?
We aim for all orders to ship within 2-4 business days after payment for your order has been confirmed.
Are your Therapy Packs scented?
No, they are not, however you can use a few drops of essential oil as desired on both Therapy Packs.
Do your Eye Masks have a strap?
No, they do not include a strap.
How do I keep my Therapy Packs clean?
Make certain to remove all make-up before using your Therapy Packs. Wipe down your microwave or place on a microwave safe dish before heating. Do not use perfumes, hair spray or chemical cleaning products around your Therapy Packs.
How do I clean a stain on my Therapy Pack?
Do not use chemical cleaning products on your Therapy Packs as these may be flammable when heated or cause skin irritations. Press a warm wet paper towel to the stain to soak it out or rub on a mild clear hand soap. Do not immerse your Therapy Pack in water.
