Say hello to this conscious brand - founded by my husband Obot.

What makes Hadiya special is the story behind it. Obot's passion for soap-making began many years ago, inspired by his mother, who lovingly crafted soap bars for their family in Nigeria. "I remember my Mom used to make soap for us to use at home. Soap wasn't something we bought from stores." I was listening intently as he explained to me where his passion for handmade soap originated.

Obot has been carrying on his mother's soap-making legacy here in Jamaica, perfecting his craft and sharing it with others in the form of Hadiya. In fact, on our last visit to Nigeria, he even taught a soap-making masterclass, passing on his knowledge to a new generation.

Hadiya brings a blend of artisanal soap bars and eco-friendly cotton bath & shower poufs, for a more sustainable cleansing routine.

Handmade with undyed cotton fabric, the pouf is machine washable and can last up to a year with proper care. It can be composted at the end of its life and makes a great gift for that eco-conscious friend or anyone wanting to officially make the switch from traditional plastic sponges.
